Shipping policy

Fièra Cosmetics ships to addresses located in the United States via USPS, Canada via Canadian Post and internationally through DHL. Orders generally ship within 24-48 business hours of the time of placement. Domestic orders typically arrive within 2-5 days of shipment. Delivery time for international orders varies based on location.

Accurate shipping address and phone number are required. We are not responsible for late shipments/missing shipments if you enter incorrect shipping address information. If you discover that you have made a mistake with your order after it has been submitted, please contact Fièra Cosmetics immediately by email at support@fieracosmetics.com or by phone at 1-833-693-4372. You must contact us as soon as possible in order to modify or cancel your pending order. However, we frequently ship the same day that you order, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to amend your order in accordance with your instructions. If you are ordering from outside of Canada or the US, you authorize us or our designee to facilitate shipment to your address. You also acknowledge that, pursuant to the customs laws of your place of delivery, the shipment may incur duties and import taxes upon delivery.
